After yesterday go with XuanLi to CPF

I went to Prudential to surrender one policy

Now only me with the Prudential counter gal

XuanLi and Paulina (still busy even though I bounce into her on the way to CPF yesterday) are absent

Paulina original advise me to surrender policy 23901512 PruSave to OA
and/or withdraw or surrender 26542735 SA

(BTW the other policy 36386035 will be kept as it is Medisave MA)

After going to CPF XuanLi change and advise to surrender SA as
insurance amount return to CPF will earn a higher 4% return in CPF

But counter told me that SA can only be total surrender and not partial withdrawal
and advise me to keep minimum of 1000 to keep this policy

So at time of 5:20 I hesitated and keep has been drop for OA to drop
from last month 16317 to 15700
and keep calling XuanLi

After a long discussion, I still want to withdraw from OA
I withdraw $14 000
and I search for same counter gal
After long time, she came from office inside

Now the price has just went up to 15 900 (better than nothing) as it take yesterday trading price
It will take seven days to process
and that will be next year
